BRIEF: Recall was so called because he had an amazing photographic memory.

FAMILY: Recall was first married to Laura and they had two children together - Ben and Jamie, who suffered from Cystic Fibrosis. When Laura left Recall, she took the boys to live in Scotland, but Ben returned to live in London in Series 13.

ROMANCE: Recall dated Policewoman Vicky in Series 12, but things ended after Recall spotted Vicky undercover as a prostitute and he nearly blew her cover.

In Series 13, Recall started to see Elaine, the landlady of The Oliver Twist. He was put off for a bit, after Adam revealed that Elaine was his mother. But things were soon patched up and Recall and Elaine got engaged.

TOUGH TIMES: Recall was suspended from work in Series 12, after a blaze at a hotel went wrong. Recall did not check all of the hotel rooms throughly and a young boy was left in a room and he later died in hospital. After a while, a witness came forward in Recall's favour and he got his job back thankfully, after being forced to work in a DIY store! The hotel manager accused Recall of murder, before accusing Recall of hitting him.

In Series 13, Recall decided to invest in some online shares, so the Watch all put some money together to buy a DreamCast. But the online shares soon went pear-shaped and Recall lost all of the money!

Recall collapsed and died, suffering from a heart attack in Series 14 on the eve of his wedding. Recall and Elaine were planning to move out of London to open a country pub. Before his death, Recall had changed his mind and withdrew his resignation.

ACTOR BRIEF: Ben was educated at Woolverstone Hall; a boarding school in Ipswich. After completing his A-Levels, Ben travelled across Italy and France, before returning back to the UK to complete a degree in Performing Arts at Middlesex Polytechnic.
