PART 1


It is thundering and raining outside, Geoff stands at the mess window, before going down to the appliance bay. On the way down, the roof appears to be leaking and he approaches George and Jack, commenting on the station falling apart. He then goes onto the gym and we see Skip laying on top of an appliance with a water pistol, squirting the ceiling! Nick then comes down the stairs and notices the water pistol and confiscates it, before asking where Carole is. He then informs them that the bloke from the Dutch fire brigade is arriving soon, so he wants them and the station looking presentable. Nick then goes through to the multi - gym and informs Carole and Geoff.


Bruno walks around a load of bins outside Borough Street's station. Oldgit recognises Cling Film's posters and rings Blackwall. The phone rings and Jack answers, before handing the phone over to Geoff. Oldgit informs Geoff that Bruno has turned up outside their station. Geoff asks him if they can hold Bruno until the end of the shift, so he can then go and pick him up. Oldgit says they can't and that their Guv'nor will go mad if he finds out a dog is in the station. Geoff then suggests Maggie getting Bruno, before Jack takes over the call. They make a deal, a pump branch is missing and they'll swap one for Bruno.


Borough Street's crew later arrive at Blackwall with Bruno. Jack takes a branch out of the appliance and then gives it to Geoff, who hands it over in exchange for Bruno. Meanwhile, Nick is in his office and hears barking, then notices Borough Street's appliances driving off.


Chapman then arrives in the station, with the 'bloke' from the Dutch fire brigade who turns out not to be a bloke at all, but Marianne. As Chapman does the introductions and talks for a while, Nick notices Bruno jump up at the watch room door, before Skip and Geoff stand in front of it, hiding Bruno. Chapman then leaves and Marianne is taken upstairs, then Nick goes towards the watch room and he isn't pleased and sends Geoff home.


PART 2.


In a factory, a man goes through to see his boss, but beforehand steals some money, before going to steal a mobile phone, but he gets caught. A fight starts and his boss is thrown through a glass window, before the man is chased throughout the factory until he slips nears a fork lift truck and gets his legs ran over.


Marianne and Nick talks in his office. She confesses that she did a swap with Peter as she wanted to see what Nick's station was like. Sicknote enters the office with some tea, as the others crowd around the door. The bells then go down.


The watch arrive on scene to find that a man has been run down by a fork lift truck. Marianne goes to help him, as she's a trained nurse and knows what she's doing and Carole tends to the man who was pushed through the window. Pressure is used to lift the fork lift truck off of the man's legs and he is freed.


The Watch leave the station and Jack pulls up beside Carole as she walks home and offers her a lift. Jack drops Carole off at home just as Martin is leaving to go out. Carole offers to make him some breakfast, but he says he's off down the road to have some, but he tells Jack that he's welcome to. Jack tells him he's already eaten, which doesn't surprise Martin, who then walks off down the road. Carole then apologises for Martin's behavior.


Nick leaves Marianne at her hotel and she explains that she's going out of trips over the next couple of days. Nick later arrives home to find that Costas has arrived over from Cyprus.


Skip is threatened in the fym by Mr. Elkins, who gets the wrong idea about Skip helping Mrs. Elkins on a machine.


PART 3.


Nick gives Marianne a tour of the training centre, where the students are practising drills, he then takes her through to the control centre, which takes calls for all of the Borough's in the area. He notices that Blackwall gets a call. Nick drops Marianne off at her hotel, when she informs him that she's due to go back to Holland the next day, but she doesn't have to go back, so she tells Nick that she may stay in London for a little while longer. Marianne asks if they can meet up again and Nick tells her that he'll call her. Marianne then invites him up to her room, but he says he can't as he has work the next day and he should be going home.


Jack sits at the bar, flirting with the bar maid Nicky, before offering to give her a hand. Jack later closes the pub and kisses Nicky...


The next morning, Carole spots Jack jumping over the fence of the pub. Sicknote drives past the building site where, Hallam died on his bike.


Recall is having a day off for Pit Bull's hearing, where he denies the charge. At the hearing, Chapman explains the situation as told by Fire fighter Warren. Pit Bull, who luckily enough, doesn't already have a record, gets a £700 pay stoppage and is given a warning.


Jack enters the mess where the Watch are discussing what it possibly going on with Nick and Marianne. Sicknote then brings up the subject of driving past the site where Hallam fell to dis death and suggests a memorial.


At a hospital, some men are working on clearing certain things. A transformer is hoisted down from the roof, but gets stuck on scaffolding. A man on the roof tells a man below to climb up a ladder to try to move it, but he drives his van up to it and attempts to move it, without any luck. The scaffolding then begins to move away from the wall and the transformer falls, going through the roof of the van and the man is inside...


The watch arrive on the scene of the accident, to be informed that a 200 watt transformer had crached through the roof of the van. Carole talks to the man inside the van and assures him that they're going to get him out. Borough Street arrive as back up and Jack sneeks over to their appliance and takes back the pump branch. Meanwhile, the man in the van begins to go quiet and Carole holds his hand, asking him to squeeze her hand. She asks him where it hurts, but he can't feel anything. His hand goes limp, then he dies...
