PART 1
Role - call ends and Nick tells Jack that he wants a word
upstairs as the Watch all wind Sicknote up corncerning Paul
breaking out of prison. Jack approaches Carole, asking her if she
had said anything to Nick about what he told her a couple of days
before, she told him that she hadn't.
Jack enters Nick's office where the first discuss each other
son's, then Nick goes straight to the point. He tells Jack that
he knows about his mate dying and is concerned whether it will
effect him. Jack is sure that he is fine and that he can cope and
he doesn't like Nick interfering. Nick tells him he doesn't like
his attitude problem and his recklessness and thinks Jack should
talk to somebody about what happened.
In a public toilet, a man drops him keys and they go down a
drain. The man tries to retrieve his keys using a piece of wire,
but has no luck. He then puts his hand down the drain, but gets
stuck. A tramp then comes out of a cubicle and the man asks him
for help. The tramp first asks for a fag, then a quid, before
going to call the brigade.
Clare enters the station and asks for Skip, Clare then thanks
Skip for talking her around jumping the other day and gives him a
cigarette lighter as a present, along with her phone number.
The bells go down at the station, a man trapped, both... When
they arrive down in the toilets, the watch first try to free him
with soap and water, which actually works. So they don't have to
cut him out. The man then gets up and goes to his jacket, to find
that the tramp has nicked his wallet. He then goes up to the
street to find someone getting in his taxi, he then notices the
tramp on the other side of the road and runs after him. As he
runs, Nick points out that the man's flies are still undone!
PART 2.
Billy calls him mum on the phone in the station, he tells her
that he needs to talk to her and he arranges to meet her up near
where she lives. Billy later meets up with his mum and tells her
that he thinks that Lauren's on the game and he wants to help
her.
Geoff gives Bruno his dinner as the doorbell rings, it's a man
and a woman who would like to view the house. Geoff firstly puts
Bruno in the garden after he barks at the people. As Geoff gives
them the tour, he bores them to death about him moving to
Hampshire for a Sub Officers post. After showing the people
around, Geoff goes out into the garden to get Bruno back in, only
to find that he's gone.
Pit Bull is being formally accused of racism and with Recall
being the Union Rep, he is asked to speak on Pit Bull's behalf at
his hearing.
Nick lays flowers at Ariadne's grave and Yanni approaches Nick.
In a matter of words, Yanni tells Nick that he has to move on
with his life and not stay in the past.
Geoff rushes round to Cling Film's camper van to tell him that
Bruno has gone, who volunteers to help Geoff find Bruno. They go
to search for him, but arrive back at Geoff's late at night with
no luck.
The Sports Club / Gym, officially opens and Elkin's is very
pleased with the outcome. Most of the watch members turn up.
PART 3.
Carole gets ready for her shift as Martin offers to drive her to
the station. Carole then suggests that he tells her fellow watch
members the truth about why he had to leave the brigade, but he
won't, so she leaves alone.
Cling Film affixes a speaker to his camper van and drives around
the streets in search of Bruno, while calling his name over the
speaker!
In the mess, Two Tone and Pit Bull are discussed and Recall tells
them that he feels that he has to defend Recall. Geoff adds his
own little input, before walking off and the watch realise that
there's definitely something wrong with him. Geoff goes down to
the watch room, where he sits on his own. Nick enters, asking
Geoff if anything is wrong. Geoff tells him it's personal and
that he doesn't need to talk about it.
Road works happen outside a house as a man decorates part of his
house. The power goes off and the man's tool turns off. He goes
outside his house to inform the man who is working on the road,
that his power has turned off. The man informs the other man that
the power will return back on soon. A woman then approaches her
neighbour, asking for a favour and he goes to help her.
Meanwhile, the power returns back on and the drill burns a cloth,
causing it to set alight. The man returns, finding his house
ablaze, he quickly grabs a bucket of water and throws it over the
flames, causing them to blow.
The watch clean the appliances out in the yard as Chapman
arrives. He goes up to Nick's office where he tells him that an
exchange visit has been planned, but the date is unknown.
The bells go down at Blackwall, both appliances are needed in
attendance. The man falls unconscious as the watch arrive. A BA
crew rig up then go in. As the man's partner arrives back, there
is an explosion and the windows of the house blow out. The BA
crew locate the man and take him outside to be met by the
paramedics.
Cling Film then drives past the shout scene and is still looking
for Bruno. He pulls up and explains to watch members outside that
he's searching for Bruno as he's missing. He then asks for Geoff,
who is livid when he gets out of the building as he didn't want
the watch to know that Bruno is missing.
