Sicknote, Malcolm, Vaseline, Tony and Charisma check a hydrant, where Vaseline opens it up and covers a traffic warden with dirty water! She isn't pleased and plans to complain!

Tate asks Josie to take a drill to prepare for her Leading Firewoman exams, but she is reluctant.

Bayleaf reveals that Peter is coming out of hospital soon and Josie reveals that she will be taking a drill.

Two coppers and a prisoner come into the station after a pair of handcuffs had become stuck. George and Kevin can't resist winding the copper and prisoner up by first bringing over a huge saw, before cutting them free with bolt cutters!

A frantic Paul phone's Jean. Dominic, the lead in the production had tripped and fallen onto his larynx and he wants Sicknote back in the production! Jean points out that there is a stand-in, but Paul is adament that he does not have star potential!

Josie takes the drill where Vaseline puts his helmet on backwards and she has problems with George who walks backwards with a ladder and Kevin who throws the equipment around. Josie takes none of it and puts them in line. Tate is impressed.

Hallam's hearing for the Maddox case is ajourned as Tony spots Dorothy going out with a male friend.

Vaseline arrives home to find that the Marion's have a surprise for him. They are going out and leaving baby Damien with Vaseline! The Marion's arrive home to find Vaseline enjoying looking after his son!

Jean goes to visit Sicknote at Charisma's house. Jean asks Sicknote to come back home and she also reveals that Paul wants him back in the production. They later meet Paul at a restaurant where Paul tries to persuade Sicknote to take the lead role.

Tony attempts to get Dorothy to leave the party and ends up giving her an ultimatum - them or him. Dorothy decides to leave Tony and goes to live with her dad.

Hallam's hearing ends and he is docked 1/7 of his pay for 13 weeks and Scouser is arrested and charged with attempted murder.

Sicknote tries to talk the entire Watch into going to his production. Tony doesn't go and neither does Vaseline, who gives two tickets to the Marion's and he stays at home with the baby.

During the Drink song, Malcolm ropes the Watch into all joining in, much to the annoyance of Sicknote who tries to shut them up!

The next shift, Malcolm takes a crew to the Surrey Docks for a routine inspection, where Sicknote continues to moan about the night before. As Malcolm is by the water side, a van rolls onto a ledge, which collapses, causing the van to go into the water. Bayleaf, George and Vaseline dive in with BA sets on and the driver is rescued. Then as he is being resucitated, Malcolm realises that Vaseline is still down there.

Tate receives a call in his office, it's Vaseline, he drowned.

A full Brigade funeral is held and at the end, Sicknote reveals that he will miss that looney. But they all agree that he has made his mark in the World and mention his son. Josie also reveals that Marion I confided that she might be pregnant!
