A Taxi Driver arrives at Charisma's house with all of Sicknote's things, which Jean has bundled into a taxi!

Hallam attends the Disciplinary Hearing at Brigade HQ. Maddox doesn't believe in the Brigade's disciplinary system and thinks that Scouser and the rest of the Watch will out get a caution, then he will have to work with them again.

George calls Julia to apologise after he had insinuated that she had been seeing other men. Julia hangs up. George later meets with Julia, where he talks about them getting a flat together, however it is obvious that Julia isn't keen. She tells George that she is going out that evening to the theatre with her sister, but he doesn't believe her.

Hallam speaks at the hearing and reveals the moment when he discovered Maddox drowning in the dame. Maddox's racial nickname of 'Monkey Nuts' and 'Sooty' are also discussed and it is pointed out that 'Scouser' could also be an offensive name.

Charisma has had enough of Sicknote and asks him to beg Jean to take him back. But he remains stubborn. Charisma has enough and goes to call the Samaritians!

Simmons is questioned at the hearing, where he says he was on the phone with his back to the appliance bay during the time when Scouser and his crew nearly drowned Maddox. Although it is obvious that Simmons is just covering up for his Leading Hand.

Charisma talks to Bayleaf about Sicknote, revealing he is a chronic hypochondriac!

Maddox is questioned and reveals that he doesn't know if he fits in, in his Watch and that he didn't make a complaint because he doesn't want to be made an issue of. He just hoped it would go away and that he could get on with his job.

George waits outside the theatre where he spots Julia with her sister. Julia spots George and she is not happy and tells George that she never wants to see him again! At work the next day, George confides in Malcolm and Josie, who points out that it is their first fight and that they are bound to sort things out.

At the second day of the hearing, Scouser claims that he took Maddox 'under his wing' in order to help him fit in.

A young boy goes to play on a playing field with friends, where a boy steals his cap and throws it around. It ends up being thrown onto the top of an Electric Substation. The boy's sister, Tracey, goes into get it and is killed instantly. As the Watch arrive, the mother is frantic and Tate orders for the electricity to be turned off.

Scouser, Fireman Close, Fireman Gaunt, Fireman Miller and Fireman Dunnet are all found guilty and are instatly dismissed from the Brigade.

Malcolm meets up with Julia in the wine bar where Vaseline works and he attempts to get her to sort things with George.

As Vaseline gets ready to leave for work, Marion 1 begins to unbutton his shirt and mentions that she will be babysitting Damien for Marion tomorrow and asks whether they should sleep in his bed or hers! Vaseline claims it is sexual harrassment and as he leaves, both the Marion's are in hysterics as they are both in on it!

As Vaseline arrives to the wine bar, he spots Malcolm kiss Julia.

Sicknote and Charisma both go to Tate's office. Tate guesses that sicknote wants a sick note, then asks Charisma what is wrong. Charisma complains about Sicknote and wants Tate to tell him to leave his house!

Vaseline confides in Kevin, JosieM and Bayleaf about Malcolm and Julia. Bayleaf says he'll have a word with Malcolm and tells Vaseline not to say anything to George!

Nancy goes around to see Jean, where she reveals that Sicknote is depressed and ill and has come out in a rash. Jean doesn't want to hear it and goes on about how superior Dominic is to Sicknote and reveals that Dominic has asked her to go pro with him!

Vaseline continues to stare at Malcolm in the mess and Tate senses that there is an atmosphere, but no one will reveal what it is about. Vaseline finally reveals about Malcolm kissing Julia, as George walks into the mess. George is livid and lunges at Malcolm! Tate sends the three of them up to his office. He has a go at George for fighting, as Malcolm pleads his innocence and Vaseline gets told of for stirring!

An old man is mugged, then thrown into a sewer. His body is noticed by a woman, who dials 999. On arrival, Tate sends Hallam and the Pump Ladder crew to the next access point, as he sends Tony to the entrance with a ladder and George and Malcolm down into the sewer. George and Malcolm locate the man and Malcolm slips in the water and is dragged back by the current. George quickly follows him and saves his life.

Memorable Quotes:

Charisma is moaning that Sicknote continues to move the furniture around in his house...
Charisma: "Could you give me a hand to move the hallstand out of the kitchen please?!"

Vaseline walks into the dorm after seeing Malcolm with Julia the night before...
Vaseline: "There's a filthy stink in 'ere!"
Bayleaf: "Well, you just walked in, didn't you?!"

Charisma goes to Tate, wanting him to get Sicknote to move out of his house...
Charisma: "If he's not moving things about, he's grinding his teeth! If he's not grinding his teeth, he's worrying that he's getting another ulcer! If he's not worrying he's getting another ulcer, he's waking me up at three o'clock in the morning to tell me his heart's stopped!"
Sicknote: "My heart did stop! It stopped for several seconds, I had to get out of bed and run on the spot to get it going again!"
